Overview

The Privacy Policy will explain the purpose and method of receiving, storage, using and (in certain case) disclose personal information of the Customer. The policy will also explain the steps we take to security our personal information of Customer. The Company collects information of customer for the purposes of including but not limited to the following:

  • The Customer’s access history, including but not limited to visits or snippets of information that can identify the browser, Uniform Resource Locator (URL) that the click stream leads to, through or from the Website (including date and time); the service that the Customer has sought; response time from the Website, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, interactive information for the site (such as dribbling, clicking and moving a mouse), browser language, methods used to remotely browse the page, and any phone numbers/e-mail used to contact your customer service of The company in any way;
  • Location information including but not limited to information about the Customer’s specific location such as signals sent from the devices that the Customer is using to determine the Customer’s specific location;
  • Locally storaged information: The Company may collect and store the information storaged on the Customer’s devices using mechanisms such as information about browser or temporary storage systems of the Website.
2.3 Cookies

  • We may use cookies (small text files that we and other website operators storage on the computer or device of Customer when the Customer visits the Website) and other similar technology to storage data for the purpose of providing the Customer with a better experience,  faster, safer, and personalized when Customers use the Service or access the Website. Cookies allow us to recognize customers every time they visit the Site, storage information about their priority concerns, recommend tailored services to the Customer, and improve the user experience in terms of Website performance. That data also allows us to create statistics on how many people visit the website and how they have used the website and the internet.

2.4 Sharing customer information

The Company may share and enable the sharing of your personal data with the third parties and its affiliates for any of the above purposes, including to facilitate your use of the Service, to complete deals with customer and our relationship with Customer, marketing and implementing any requirements, legal regulations and other requirements that the Company recognizes as necessary. When sharing personal data of Customer, the Company will effort to ensure that the third parties and its affiliates will protect your personal data from access, collection, using, disclosure, unauthorized handling or similar risks and only storage personal data of Customer in case they need the customer’s personal data to perform the purposes mentioned above.  

2.5 Disclosure information of Customer

The Customer confirms and approves that the Company has the right to disclose personal information of Customer to the third parties in the following cases:

  • The Company conducts the purchase or sale of any enterprise or property in which we may disclose personal information to sellers, buyer potential as well as other the third parties related to enterprise or property where necessary. 
  • The Company is responsible for disclosing any legal authority, state agencies or any other relevant authority or competent owners if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the disclosure of the Client’s personal information is necessary to the performance of any obligations, requirements or agreements, whether voluntary or mandatory, is considered as a result of cooperating by order, investigation and/or request under the jurisdiction of any of these agencies. To the extent of the law, in any case, the Client agrees not to take any action and/or waives the right to take any action against the Company in connection with the disclosure of personal information in these circumstances.
Period to save Personal information

We will storage personal information of Customer provided on our internal systems during the course of providing services to Customer either until the purpose of collection is completed or when They request the cancellation of the information provided.

II. Commitment to the confidentiality personal information of customer

  • We have appropriated technical and security to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access or loss, destruction or damage to your information. When collecting data on the Website, we collect your personal information details on the server with an ensure safety system. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure your information.   
  • We recommend that you do not provide payment information to anyone in any way, we are not responsible for the losses that you may incur from the exchange your information.
  • You should be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is absolutely safe. Even though confidentiality cannot be guaranteed absolutely, we will always effort to secure the security your information and continually check and strengthen our information security measures. In case that our host system is hacked or compromised resulting in loss, destruction or damage to your information, we will (i) notify the authorities within valid time to conduct an investigation, and (ii) promptly notify to you.

  • You agree that we have the right to amend or change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. The amendments will be updated on the Website and take effect from the date the decision on the amendment of the Privacy Policy takes effect.   • According to regulations of the law, the preferred language used and referenced is Vietnamese. In case there has a contradiction in the interpretation between the Vietnamese version and other languages, the Vietnamese version will be prioritized for reference.
