Teacher Training Course

After completing the Philosophy & Anatomy outline, trainees will have access to Yoga Anatomy (From the 5th to the 9th week).

• Understand the basic structure and all systems work together to coordinate body movements. Thus, trainees have the great experiential science in yoga and an improved understanding of body advantages and disadvantages to adjust the exercises and body accordingly;
• A more scientific view of Yoga, better understand the advantages and disadvantages of the body and adjust accordingly;

Nutrition lesson are evenly distributed throughout the course to ensure practical applicability. (1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th, 9th week)

• Nutrition in Yoga presents the impacts of food intake and its influences on body, energy and mind of the yoga practitioner.
• This lesson includes the yogi diet, reasons for vegetarianism, the three Gunas (the three qualities of the universe), principles and materials for a healthy lifestyle. Basic nutrition according to Ayurveda.

From the first week, trainees will be guided to perform breathing exercises at all levels, from basic to advanced and apply in daily practice sessions.

A better understanding of the body's energy shell in the Pranayama lesson not only helps trainees control and conserve their own energy, but also increases efficiency in working and exercising with a healthy body and energy.

Trainees can practice and experience a variety of types of Yoga throughout the course to maintain positive energy and improve body flexibility, health.

Trainees are divided into groups to practice teaching during 13 weeks.

• Basic Yoga is the foundation lesson - providing the basics of Yoga, poses, principles of practice, as well as sequence design to prepare for the advanced alignment session;
• Teaching practice helps students consolidate their knowledge and perfect leading class skills.

After completing the basic yoga lesson, trainees will approach Yoga alignment, from Week 3th.

• Yoga alignment scientifically presents the relationship between injury and safety in practice. This is a great lesson to help students become deeply aware of their body and understand the factors that ensure safety and optimal performance in a pose. (Example: What muscles to activate, how to use the skeletal system, and how to distribute the force).
• Trainees can lead all kinds of classes after graduating such as: basic class, intermediate class, one by one class, and a group.

Trainees can practice meditation guided by a teacher for 30 minutes every afternoon.

The lesson brings positive changes into your mind, enhances concentration, and works effectively.

Personal Branding Strategy for Yoga Instructors

Trainees review and systematize what they have learned to prepare for the final exam.

Trainees take the final assessment exam. The exam will consist of two parts: Theory and Practice.

The students complete the Philosophy content within the first five weeks of the program.

Yoga is a method of self-practice and self-cultivation, encompassing both elements: Practice & Philosophy. Understanding the basic Philosophy of Yoga helps students balance their lives by detaching themselves from greed, anger, and ignorance, allowing them to have a pure mind that guides and inspires them.

A yoga pose not only carries anatomical significance but also has spiritual effects. Therefore, absorbing the Philosophy helps students understand the deeper meanings behind each pose. As a result, the student’s mind will experience remarkable progress, which also marks the advancement in every instructor's personal yoga journey.
